JOBURG PRIDE 2007 DEADLINES

A number of important Joburg Pride 2007 deadlines for advertising and event listings are coming up, organisers have announced.

Pride Guide Advertising Deadline

Should you wish to advertise in the 2007 Pride Guide, of which 10 000 copies will be distributed across venues in Gauteng, the deadline for bookings is August 22, with material deadline being August 29. Rates are very reasonable and can be found on www.joburgpride.org.

Free Event Listings Deadline

Joburg Pride will list relevant Pride-themed ‘Fringe’ events by organisations, clubs, restaurants and others on its website and Pride Guide. From parties to exhibitions, from theatre shows to seminars, any gay or lesbian interest event taking place from 30 September to 6 October 2007 qualifies. Organisers have decided to dispense with a listing fee this year.

Listings must be received by August 28 2007 to be listed in the official 2007 Pride Guide. To submit your event, please go to www.joburgpride.org/f_events.asp.
