U.S. GAY PORN SOLIDER GETS PRISON

Advertorial

One of seven soldiers that took part in an adult gay website has been sentenced to a three month prison term. He will also be discharged from the military and will forfeit some of his pay.

Twenty one year old Pfc. Wesley K. Mitten pled guilty to having sex in exchange for payment on the website – ActiveDuty.com – which offered users videos and images of soldiers engaged in gay sex. The charges included sodomy, conduct detrimental to the Army and cocaine use.

Mitten told the court that he appeared in the website because of the money he was offered. He said that he earned $6,000 in three months from performing in gay adult videos and posing for pornographic pictures.

Mitten was described by prosecutors are the “ringleader” who recruited the other soldiers to appear on the site.

In court, he apologised for his actions; “I am sorry for disgracing my family name and my unit. I am sorry and I wish I could take it all back.”

Two other soldiers, pvt. Kagen B. Mullen and Pfc. Richard Ashley, have received similar sentences from a military court. The other four soldiers received less severe sentences which did not include prison time, but may still be discharged from the military.

The men are from the 82nd Airborne in North Carolina – one of the most highly regarded companies in the military.
